Welcome to the website for the evaluation of Sex Week.  You have received a card from Pure Romance or from some other group at your school because you were a participant in one or more recent sexuality-related activities at your school.

The evaluation is being conducted by the Center for Sexual Health Promotion, a research and education team at Indiana University that will independently provide evaluation services to the entities implementing Sex Week.

This is not a research study.  You are being offered the opportunity to provide responses related to your experiences at Sex Week to help its organizers evaluate their program.  We will provide summaries of these evaluations to the organizers, but all responses will be provided anonymously.  Our team at Indiana University will not use any of the information you provide for research purposes nor will we use it for any publications or presentations.
