Dr. Molly Rosenberg Recognized with IUB Outstanding Junior Faculty Award

Monday, February 28, 2022

Please join us in congratulating the Center for Sexual Health Promotion's Dr. Molly Rosenberg for being one of only five Assistant Professors at IUB to receive the 2022 Outstanding Junior Faculty Award.

The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty & Academic Affairs describes the Outstanding Junior Faculty Award as "the most prestigious campus-level award available specifically to pre-tenure faculty" which is designed to "identify the most promising untenured, tenure-track faculty and assist them in the development of their scientific, scholarly, or artistic activities".

Dr. Rosenberg was recognized for her work surrounding the sexual health of women and adolescents as well as her efforts to document the ways that the COVID-19 pandemic and associated lockdowns were associated with mental health and relationships.

Recipients of the Outstanding Junior Faculty Award receive a $15,000 grant to  support their research.
